🛡️ M.I.D.A TeamSpeak Rules – English (update) General By connecting to the M.I.D.A TeamSpeak server you agree to these rules and to follow all staff instructions. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse. Make sure you read them. 1. Behaviour & Respect 1.1. Treat everyone with respect at all times. 1.2. Racism, discrimination, sexism, homophobia or any kind of hate speech is forbidden. 1.3. Harassment, bullying, threats or stalking are not allowed. 1.4. Toxic behaviour (constant flaming, provoking, starting fights) will not be tolerated. 1.5. Keep discussions mature. Personal attacks are not welcome here. 2. Language & Voice Chat 2.1. No excessive swearing, shouting or microphone spamming. 2.2. Voice changers, soundboards and music are only allowed in the appropriate channels and only if everyone in the channel agrees. 2.3. Use a proper microphone setup: avoid loud background noise, echo and heavy breathing into the mic. 2.4. No NSFW conversations in public channels (sexually explicit, gore, etc.). 3. Names, Avatars & Profiles 3.1. Nicknames must be readable and resemble a name/alias, not pure nonsense or advertising. 3.2. On your first connection to M.I.D.A you must immediately change your default TeamSpeak nickname (e.g. “User123”, “teamspeakUser”, “Default Nickname” or similar) to your own (in-game) name or a recognizable alias. 3.3. Users who keep using a default/auto-generated name can be kicked or temporarily blocked until the name is properly changed. 3.4. Impersonating staff (e.g. “Admin”, “Owner”, “Support” or similar) is strictly forbidden. 3.5. Profile pictures, avatars and descriptions may not contain NSFW, racist or shocking content. 3.6. No advertising or links inside your nickname. 4. Channels & Structure 4.1. Respect the topic and description of each channel. 4.2. Do not join locked/private channels without permission. 4.3. Use AFK channels when you are away; do not idle in busy channels for a long time. 4.4. Do not move other users without a valid reason and their permission (if you have the rights). 5. Spam & Advertising 5.1. No chat spam (repeating messages, flooding, abusing CAPS-LOCK). 5.2. No link spam (YouTube, Discord, websites, referral links, etc.). 5.3. Advertising other servers, communities or commercial services is forbidden without explicit permission from the M.I.D.A staff. 5.4. Unsolicited private messages with ads, invites or phishing attempts are direct ban-worthy. 6. Recording, Streaming & Privacy 6.1. Recording voice channels is only allowed if everyone in the channel agrees. 6.2. Streaming or sharing content that breaks the law or these rules is not allowed. 6.3. Sharing personal information of others (doxing: address, real name, phone number, etc.) is strictly forbidden. 6.4. Staff may log data for moderation purposes but will not abuse this information. 7. Cheats, Hacks & Illegal Activities 7.1. Discussing, sharing or promoting hacks, cheats, cracks, keygens or any illegal software is forbidden. 7.2. Scamming other users (fake deals, tricking people out of money/items, etc.) will result in a ban. 7.3. Anything that violates the law (e.g. child pornography, terrorism, drug dealing) is absolutely forbidden and may be reported to the authorities. 8. Staff, Mutes & Bans 8.1. Staff members have the final say in how these rules are interpreted. 8.2. If you want to appeal a punishment (mute/ban/kick), use the designated channels or tickets/DM – do not start public arguments. 8.3. Evading punishments (using alts, new identities, VPNs to bypass bans) can lead to a permanent ban. 8.4. Lying to staff or making false reports can result in punishment. 9. Music Bots & Bots 9.1. Music bots are only allowed in music channels or channels where all users agree. 9.2. Excessive use of bots (join/leave spam, mass poke, mass move) is not allowed. 9.3. Bots may not be used for trolling or spamming. 10. Changes & Final Clauses 10.1. The M.I.D.A staff may change these rules at any time. 10.2. In situations not covered explicitly by these rules, staff will decide what is appropriate. 10.3. By staying connected to the M.I.D.A TeamSpeak server you agree to the current version of the rules.
